GAIN STAGE GOLD
Our Latest Edition to the Jetter Gear Pedal Line
|
| Introducing the Gain Stage Gold.
If you like the GSR but want a lttle less refined overdrive and MORE power, MORE gain and a firmer, harder, more muscular midrange- The Gold is for you.
I hear a lot of GOOD JCM-800 in this pedal and also LOTS of late 70s non master Marshall- but with that sweet, lyrical sustain that ALL the Jetter Pedals share.
A very good match for a big sounding amp like a Twin or JCM120- Even a good match for thinner amps like Crates and Peaveys. I love this pedal with Strats too- no fizz on the high end, very firm bottom end and a mis punch that SCREAMS late 60's, early 70's English.

The Gain Stage Gold is the perfect pedal for the player who wants a great work-horse OD that will deliver the goods at low volumes and get even better at stage levels.
It has the renowned Jetter dynamic feel and response as well as great crunchy sustain. We found it to work great with a wide variety of amps and pickup configurations. It works well with your guitar volume knob by backing off on the crunch and sustain at lower volumes.
Think of the Gold as the hard-rockin brother of the GS Red!!

"My GS Blue arrived yesterday...!!! This thing is amazing!!! Using your sample settings I reckon that you nailed the EJ tone... I put on ACL and with very minor tweaking on the pedal (I'm talking rolling the knob maybe a millimeter) that righteous tone was coming from my amp." - Luke Clynes
"This pedal (The Gain Stage Red) will be a hit with pro players. Very musical in the right hands. Glad I got mine early before the waiting list. It's nice to have a uniquely voiced pedal that is clearly not another TS variation. Sounds like it was voiced by actual guitar players who play on actual stages. Impressive." - Willamps (TGP memeber)
"Your pedal continues to jazz me every time I use it." - Buck Dharma
"For me, the GSR Red and Blue are my #1's. I've told you that I've sold off most of my OD's since getting the Red/Blue months back. This is significant for me, as I am not a habitual gear-flipper. Once I find something I like, I stick with it and have done so with modulation pedals, compressor, etc." - William Koch
